I’ve always said Maccas French Fries are way way better than any other fast food fry. But now someone has worked out why – nd how you can reproduce McDonald’s fries in your own kitchen. I have neither a deep fryer, Russet potatoes or any device capable of blanching the fries and I also don’t like working too hard for things, so I’ll just go to McDs and buy mine, but interesting none-the-less.
